Senior Production Controller (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks

• Calculation of manufacturing costs and determination of production deviations
• Expansion of production reporting
• System implementation of new products in SAP R/3
• Preparation of profitability calculations and scenario analyses for investment projects in the production area
• Answering business management questions relating to the manufacturing process
• Support function in the course of regular budget rounds
• Support with internal cost optimisation programmes
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses for management

Your Qualifications

• Completed business administration or comparable studies as well as several years of experience in the area of production controlling in a manufacturing company (ideally in series production in the aerospace industry)
• Affinity for numbers, very good analytical skills and good user knowledge of SAP R/3 (modules CO, MM, PP, FI) as well as technical understanding
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• High level of communication skills and confident demeanour, also towards management
• Hands‑on mentality, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
• Strong customer and team orientation
• Good written and spoken English skills
