Your tasks In this senior role, you will inspire and lead the Sustainability Committee, driving the development and implementation of the EEX Group sustainability strategy. As the first point of contact for all sustainability topics, you will expand and monitor our ESG reporting, implement and refine sustainability measures, and integrate them into processes and guidelines. You will also identify opportunities for structural optimization to strengthen our sustainability performance. Alongside strategic responsibilities, you will take ownership of internal and external communication on sustainability. This includes planning and executing campaigns such as press releases, corporate texts, the annual sustainability report, social media posts, intranet blogs, podcasts, and more. Your creativity and expertise will ensure that our commitment to sustainability is communicated effectively and consistently.

You bring along

• Master’s degree with a focus on communication and sustainability
• Excellent English skills (C2) and good German skills (B2 or higher)
• Strong passion for sustainability and its strategic integration
• Several years of experience in journalism and/or public relations
