The Opportunity:

Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Senior Program Manager to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of business programs, strategic and operational initiatives, and change management strategies to ensure strategic outcomes are met on time and within budget. You will join a collaborative Program Management team dedicated to enhancing playbooks and tools to drive operational excellence across our global footprint.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the orchestration and execution of complex, cross‑functional strategic programs from initiation through benefits realization to ensure successful delivery of scope and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams and executive leadership to align Data Center strategic and operational initiatives with global corporate functions, providing visibility on progress and risks.
• Develop and implement standardised operational processes and program management best practices to ensure compliance with organisational standards and drive scalable results.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial experience (ideally circa 8 years +) of running complex global programmes and leading matrixed teams within the Data Center industry.
• Strong knowledge of data centre facilities operations, critical infrastructure, and colocation services.
• Proven ability in change leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired.
