Senior Program Manager m/w/d – Lead end-to-end scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring of large, complex programs for the development of innovative Aircraft Interior Connectivity solutions. Interface and coordinate with stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Quality teams. Coordinate Go-to-Market strategy and product launches for different solutions. Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and deliverables for the overall program. Track progress with related Project/Workstream Managers and adjust timelines and resources as needed. Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles to successful program execution and develop mitigation plans to ensure program goals are met. Escalate gaps versus targets at the appropriate level and in a timely manner. Facilitate decision-making and team cohesion: guide the team in making informed decisions, provide necessary resources, and foster a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with Safran standards as as aerospace industry and regulatory requirements. Drive customer reviews, technical milestone assessments, and phase-gate processes.

Fähigkeiten und Vorraussetzungen

Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in technical project/program management, ideally in aeronautics, aerospace, or automotive industries.
Willingness to travel for project needs.
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, with deep understanding of engineering (Software, Cybersecurity, Electronics...), industrialization, and program management processes.
Excellent project management skills, including effective management of timelines, resources, and budgets.
Financial acumen and understanding of program financial management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (German a plus), with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred: PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 certification.
