• Steer projects end-to-end - structure, plan, and drive progress
• Track delivery against contract and scope
• Make sure changes are handled properly
• Manage swaps, scope changes, extra effort, and requirement deviations
• Keep delivery and commercial sides aligned
• Know exactly where each project stands - in content, scope, and budget
• Keep the team on track: hours logged, deliverables clear, timelines met
• Follow up on billing and ensure invoices go out correctly and on time
