Senior Development Manager

We're looking for a Senior Development Manager to take full ownership of grid‑scale battery storage projects in Germany—from land acquisition through RTB. You'll play a key role in scaling a new development team, taking instant impact with 6 projects already in varied stages of development.

Responsibilities

• Lead BESS projects end-to-end (greenfield → RTB)
• Coordinate technical, legal & commercial stakeholders
• Build and mentor additional team members
• Focus on Northern Germany with frequent site travel

Qualifications

• Strong technical credibility + fluent German
• Startup mindset: hands‑on, solutions‑driven, collaborative
