Senior Project Engineer x 3

A leading EPC/OEM delivering large-scale offshore transmission and export systems is expanding its European project delivery team. To support several major multi-year programmes, the organisation is seeking three Project Engineers to work across engineering coordination, planning, manufacturing oversight, procurement and site delivery activities. In these roles, you will support project managers and technical leads across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth integration of engineering, supply chain and installation workstreams. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, monitoring progress and cost performance, supporting subcontractor and supplier management, and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in HV cable systems, offshore wind, transmission or EPC infrastructure projects. A strong engineering background, structured working style, and excellent communication skills are key. You should be proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in both German and English is required.
