Highsnobiety is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end social workflows. You’ll help turn the client’s TikTok and Instagram channels into culturally relevant, entertainment-driven destinations by translating briefs into clear workstreams and ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery.

You’ll partner with the Social Media Director, own your workstreams fully, manage client communication, and serve as the central point of coordination for internal and external teams. You excel in agile delivery, know how social content comes to life, and consistently provide exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, briefs, timelines, communication, delivery
• Coordinate across creative, production, and external partners with clarity and precision
• Ensure on-brief, high-quality, timely output across all social deliverables
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; anticipate needs and resolve issues
• Align internal teams across multiple workstreams
• Prepare and present performance reports; identify optimizations and improvements
• Spot growth opportunities and propose new initiatives
• Stay on top of social trends to support strategic recommendations

What You Bring

• 6+ years in social-first project management with experience on complex, high-volume accounts
• Strong understanding of creative, production, and talent workflows for social
• Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead teams through fast, dynamic cycles while maintaining high standards
