Responsibilities
- Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
- Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team.
- Carry out cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics.
- Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release.
- Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth.
- Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree and at least 5 years full‑time work experience preferably in a growth company, start‑up or management consulting firm.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills, structured way of thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and German as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
