HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project management.

In this role, you will lead projects in the consumer sector and manage a dedicated team. You will oversee leading client portfolios both domestically and internationally and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement. This includes analyzing and improving procurement strategies, optimizing cost structures, and implementing best practices tailored to industry-specific requirements. You will work closely with renowned clients, such as global market leaders from the consumer and retail sectors as well as the fashion and tourism industries, showcasing your entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and client acquisition.

Intensive customer consulting.

You manage various external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. Additionally, you conduct workshops and negotiations with your team and present the results to clients.

Specific development.

With your expertise, you drive internal knowledge building in our practice area Consumer. First-class and diverse learning formats help you continuously expand your knowledge and personal horizons.

You will ensure that your team develops both professionally and personally. As a member of the Inverto management team, you will not only drive forward the development of our Consumer Practice Area, but also help shape the entire company and provide the necessary impetus.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

University degree with above-average grades and at least 4 years experience in consulting or relevant professional experience in strategic procurement in the areas of Consumer Goods, Retail, Fashion & Luxury or Travel & Tourism.

You have already proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level in demanding projects. You show full commitment, are customer-oriented and cooperative. You have shown that you can successfully lead teams professionally and personally.

Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluent in both German and English, flexible in your professional mobility.
