Job Description

Join a globally recognized design and engineering firm as a Senior Project Manager – Data Centers, and lead mission-critical infrastructure projects across Europe. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, from concept to commissioning, delivering high-performance, sustainable data centers at scale

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project phases (concept to handover).
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Integrate seamlessly into international, interdisciplinary project environments.
• Ensure delivery of complex industrial and technology projects on time and within budget.
• Represent the project with confidence to internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.

Required Skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including proven leadership of large industrial or tech-based design projects.
• Prior experience in data center design/planning is advantageous.
• Familiarity with building planning standards (e.g., RIBA, HOAI).
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.
