Senior Project Manager – EPCM (Pharma / Life Sciences) | Germany / DACH

We are currently supporting a leading EPCM engineering organisation delivering major pharma, biotech, and chemical plant projects across the DACH region.

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex capital projects, leading delivery from execution strategy through to handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle delivery of large-scale EPCM projects
• Definition and execution of project strategy
• Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Client and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
• Control of cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance
• Ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in EPCM / EPC or large industrial project delivery
• Background in pharma, biotech, chemical, or process industries
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
• Solid commercial and technical project understanding
• German language skills beneficial (not essential)
