Publicis Groupe has been appointed by Beiersdorf as the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’.

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model that brings together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the NIVEA brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing.

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 8 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow. The new Agency will be led from a Hamburg HQ, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams in over 40 other markets to cover the NIVEA world.

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our PMO team in Hamburg.

Job Description

• Take ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery, including preparing proposals, commissioning external vendors, and coordinating with agencies within the network.

• Plan and manage project timelines, capacities, resources, and budgets, adapting to changes and evolving requirements.

• Act as a central point of contact between interdisciplinary teams and departments, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Independently coordinate and lead project meetings, status updates, and internal and external alignment.

• Oversee production and delivery of assets, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

• Prepare forecasts, project analyses, and monthly reports.

• Participate in internal initiatives, such as tool implementations, to continuously improve workflows.

• Work independently and solution-oriented while maintaining a strong team focus.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully managing projects from concept to delivery.

• Strong knowledge of modern project management principles, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Experience in digital project implementation, including production workflows.

• Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically.

• High initiative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal.
