Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-functional, projects with multiple stakeholders
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Work closely with the project teams, support e.g., in Requ. mgmt or Integration- & Test mgmt.
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.
Work closely with the Product Life Cycle process owner on the constant improvement of the company’s processes.
Travel might be necessary according to project needs.

Your Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Systems Engineering skills (etc. V-model, aspice)
Hands on experience on organizational change management and transformation
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Supplier management experience
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS-Project,…).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good German language skills (>B1)
