Assuming economic and technical responsibility for the planning and realization of demanding construction projects

Project management with a high degree of personal responsibility

Ensuring and monitoring qualitative, economic and deadline targets

Service-oriented and technically experienced contact person for the customer throughout all project phases

Coordination with authorities and specialist engineers

Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services and negotiations with suppliers

Active and professional management of an interdisciplinary project team

Project development in close cooperation with the sales team

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training

Several years of professional experience in the project management of large-scale projects, ideally in commercial and industrial construction, as well as in the general contractor/general contractor sector

High level of technical knowledge and sound knowledge of HOAI and VOB

Solid knowledge in the areas of costing, planning, contracting and construction

Highly deadline-, quality- and results-oriented

Above-average communication skills and strong customer orientation

Assertiveness as well as an independent and structured way of working with personal responsibility

Willingness to travel

Enjoy working in interdisciplinary project teams
