Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager / Lead Business Development, you actively shape the future of our company. You are responsible for steering a comprehensive, group-wide growth and profitability program. In collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you manage the achievement of project objectives with confidence and professionalism. You report project progress directly to management, working closely and with trust.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university studies, preferably in economics, engineering or logistics.
• Several years of professional experience in business development, management consulting or other analytical or entrepreneurial roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong numerical understanding, comfortable handling data and excellent analytical skills.
• Perseverance and determination to keep focus on set goals in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, able to address different audiences and interests.
• Enthusiasm, team spirit and a "hands‑on" mentality.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and structured way of working.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
