Job Description As a Senior Project Manager – SCM Excellence at Enpal, you will play a crucial role in championing digital innovation and driving process digitization within SCM and logistics. Your expertise will help us achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in SCM processes through the implementation of cutting‑edge technologies and robust project management skills. This role bridges technical expertise with leadership capabilities and execution power, preparing you for significant leadership responsibilities by developing strategic thinking and senior stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Digitization Oversight: Oversee the digitization of SCM and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration of digital systems and tools.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and redesign SCM processes with a diverse group of business owners and teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Foster and drive cross‑functional decision‑making on target picture design, process requirements and implementation timelines.
• Tech Implementation: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of technology to support SCM operations, maintaining a system‑agnostic approach.
• Project & Change Management: Utilize project and change management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects within SCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system/process adoption.
• Innovation Driver: Develop and manage projects that utilize IoT, AI, and other digital technologies to enhance SCM operations.

Qualifications

• Highly ambitious and driven professional with a strong execution mindset and hands‑on approach.
• Ambition and Drive: Exceptional motivation, ownership, and a clear record of career progression or strong academic background (e.g. top universities).
• Process Optimization and Change Management: Experience designing, implementing, and improving operational processes with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• ERP and Technology Affinity: Comfortable translating business requirements into system and process implications, ideally with exposure to ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), WMS, or procurement/CRM tools.
• Ownership and Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility and follow‑through, taking full ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
• Execution and Impact: Proven ability to take initiative, drive complex projects to completion, and deliver measurable results.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and functions, respecting diverse perspectives and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Curiosity and Analytical Mindset: Naturally inquisitive and eager to deep‑dive into business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and understand the technological implications of process improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of managing relationships across all levels—from operational teams to senior executives.
