At Philips our Healthcare Services are dedicated to supporting better outcomes and lower cost of care for customers and patients. We’re looking for an experienced project manager to join our Service Enablement Team in creating and maintaining global services standards and capabilities.
The Services Enablement Team organization, a team bringing together all Services Enablement Team related projectslica under a coordinated portfolio. You will join a team of Project Managers each responsible for the delivery of a defined scope within the portfolio.
Key elements of the portfolio include customer self‑service, catalog management, configure/price/quote, workforce management, service mobility, case/work‑order management and knowledge management. Scope includes resources in multiple functions including R&D, Marketing, Business Process, IT, Philips University and Compliance. You will be joining a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated global team; frequently working with various countries, cultures and time‑zones.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week.
