Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage migration projects to Microsoft Teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for timely delivery
• Manage risks, timelines, and reporting to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of UC systems, telephony technologies (Microsoft Teams & SIP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills

Desired Skills:

• ITIL Certification
• Knowledge of additional UC platforms (Zoom, Cisco Webex)
• Advanced reporting and analytics skills
