Senior QA (Automation) Engineer

• You will play a key role in ensuring product excellence by designing and implementing effective testing strategies that help our teams deliver high-quality products with confidence.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers tech leads and cross-functional colleagues to define and validate business requirements that serve both users and business goals.
• You will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using modern tools and technologies empowering our teams to deliver faster and more reliably.
• You will create clear well-structured test scenarios for manual and automated testing across integration end-to-end functional and regression levels.
• You will continuously evolve our testing methodologies and automation strategies to make our processes more efficient scalable and future-ready.
• You will identify and document quality issues in a transparent and constructive way fostering shared learning and continuous improvement.
• You will support product launches by ensuring that each release meets our quality standards helping us build trust with customers and partners alike.

This is what you bring to the table

• A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in software test automation with strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript and Playwright.
• A solid understanding of QA methodologies test design principles and SDLC best practices.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines Git / GitHub and modern testing tools such as Postman or browser DevTools.
• Familiarity with databases (ideally PostgreSQL) and cloud environments (preferably AWS Vercel and Supabase).
• Excellent communication skills in English you value clarity empathy and collaboration in your interactions.
• A proactive curious mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Comfort working independently while thriving in a supportive collaborative environment.
• Bonus : experience in the insurance or finance domain or familiarity with Robot Framework.
