Senior QA Engineer (all genders)

Overview

At Hubject , we are shaping the future of sustainable mobility by building an open, secure, and interoperable EV charging network. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (all genders) to help ensure the highest quality of our software solutions – from product idea to production. You will join a dedicated QA team of 2 and report directly to the Team lead QA . You will work closely with our Product and Software Development teams to ensure every release meets the highest quality standards. Hubject values diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with the product and software development teams to understand product requirements and user stories
• Design, write and execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure product functionality meets specifications
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Track, document, and communicate test results and defects to the product and software development teams

Your Profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience (academic, internship or self-driven) with at least one testing framework like Selenium, Cypress, Testcafe, Karate or RestAssured
• Strong interest in quality assurance and software testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
