Senior QAQC Manager (Electrical) - Germany

We are looking for a well‑experienced QAQC Manager to lead our Quality Teams across our construction sites in Germany. Most of our work includes large data centre and pharmaceutical projects for blue‑chip clients across Europe; we are currently working on a number of data centres around Frankfurt. This position will play a major role in the safe and successful delivery of our projects in the region.

Opportunity

Based in our Frankfurt office, the new QAQC Manager will lead a team of Quality professionals across our electrical packages of work in Germany, as well as support projects in neighbouring countries as required. This role will report into our Head of QAQC and will require a self‑starter who can work autonomously without close supervision.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with our Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures.
• Create and implement Inspection Test Plans.
• Ensure our projects align with engineering standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Generate monthly reports to senior management.
• Conduct kick‑off meetings with subcontractors.
• Attend relevant project, client and construction management team meetings.
• Support with the recruitment of quality personnel.
• Perform internal audits of STS projects, offices and departments.
• Manage and attend external audits.
• Conduct internal audits of STS sub‑contractors.
• Ensure adherence to strict health, safety, and operational procedures.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QAQC leadership role.
• A trade and/or engineering qualification.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Awareness of business management principles.
• A self‑starter, a leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
