About the role: 

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to search for talent for our commercial teams, including Category Management, Marketing, Retail Media, Marketplace, etc. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic impact—driving process improvements, leveraging data for smarter decisions, and shaping systems that scale with our growth. 

You'll partner closely with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to attract and hire top talent across all levels—from emerging professionals to Director roles—while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. 

*This is a maternity cover position (limited contract) with the possibility to be extended afterwards. We are open to full-time and part-time candidates (30 h / week minimum).

About your tasks: 

• Full cycle recruiting for commercial functions (e.g., Marketing, Category Management, etc.) across all levels, ensuring top-quality hires and strong business alignment. 
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, design effective selection processes, and influence hiring decisions with market insights. 
• Drive data-informed recruiting, using metrics and dashboards to monitor funnel health, hiring quality, and diversity progress. 
• Implement improvement initiatives that optimize processes, enhance candidate experience, and standardize best practices across teams. 
• Leverage and evolve recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, analytics tools) to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. 
• Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement, representing the company in the market and building proactive pipelines for critical roles. 

Qualifications

About you: 

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on commercial or business functions (Marketing, Category Management, etc.), ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment. 
• Proven ability to recruit at all levels, including senior leadership. 
• Experience using data and systems (e.g., ATS, dashboards, CRM tools) to improve recruiting performance. 
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. 
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in recruiting. 
• Fluency in both English and German.
