About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to search for talent for our commercial teams, including Category Management, Marketing, Retail Media, Marketplace, etc. This role combines hands‑on recruiting with strategic impact—driving process improvements, leveraging data for smarter decisions, and shaping systems that scale with our growth.

You’ll partner closely with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to attract and hire top talent across all levels—from emerging professionals to Director roles—while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

*This is a maternity cover position (limited contract) with the possibility to be extended afterwards. We are open to full‑time and part‑time candidates (30 h / week minimum).
