Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Germany

The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

As a member of an international team of Recruiters and Sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, for Sales professionals and high-level roles.

Your core tasks include:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
• Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Foster and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 5 years plus Sourcing and Recruitment experience (end-to-end process), preferably with Sales and high-level roles
• Service-oriented mindset and experience dealing with customers
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working within process-driven environments and consistently meeting established KPIs
• Demonstrates agility, adaptability, and resilience while thriving in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Exhibits a results-driven approach by making quick, informed decisions and consistently delivering operational excellence
• Experience working with ATS systems
• Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills
• Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
• You communicate at a professional level in English and German

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).

Seeking at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
