As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead recruiting across Zillow’s U.S. Customer Operations organization, supporting roles in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field‑based teams. This role operates with greater ownership and complexity, balancing hiring and delivery with strategic influence. You will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring approaches, calibrate role requirements, and drive efficient, high‑quality hiring outcomes across high‑volume and programmatic hiring. You may also flex across business areas to support evolving hiring priorities.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
