Senior Recruiting Manager (m/f/d) (in-house) — Berlin | Hybrid (2 days in the office per week)
At Ciklo Talent , we are partnering with a fast-growing, profitable FinTech based in Berlin that is building scalable digital products in a highly dynamic market environment. To support their next growth phase, we are looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager who understands that hiring is a strategic growth lever.
You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from intake and active sourcing to structured interviews and closing. You build teams that directly enable business growth. LinkedIn is your playground, but not your limit. You know how to identify and approach top-tier, often passive talent using creative sourcing strategies and sharp targeting. You conduct structured, professional interviews and ideally bring exposure to diagnostic or competency-based assessment methods. Your standard is excellence, not adequacy. You have ideally experienced growth phases before. You understand shifting priorities, evolving role definitions, and the importance of speed paired with quality. You challenge processes, introduce new sourcing channels, enhance candidate experience, and help build a modern, scalable recruiting setup.
