Our Regulatory Reporting Team is looking for You!

Own end-to-end trade data flows from trading systems into regulatory reporting platforms (e.g. REGIS-TR and internal systems)
Develop and implement a monitoring framework to address regulatory reporting accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
Use analytical tools to monitor, analyse and improve reporting quality
Perform root-cause analysis of data quality issues and reporting breaks
Design, implement and enhance data quality controls and reconciliations
Convert regulatory requirements into structured data rules, implement appropriate validations, and establish effective control measures
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders e.g.: traders, operations, IT, and compliance teams etc.
Contribute to regulatory change projects (EMIR, REMIT II, MiFID etc…)
Work closely within a multinational team, collaborating with various departments across the organization and engaging with external stakeholders
Facilitate knowledge sharing via proper documentation and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
Communicate regulatory insights and updates to stakeholders.

Strong experience and expertise working with large datasets related to trading data
Understanding of financial products and specially derivatives
Proven ability to identify, analyse and resolve data issues
Solid understanding of system-to-system data flows
Strong analytical mindset (SQL and/or Power BI experience strongly preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and critical‑thinking skills
Confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is advantageous.
