JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Automotive focused technical background of min 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE/PM)
Min 3 years of experience in requirements ENG requirement releases and validation in automotive environment
Experience in OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory
PE certification beneficial (e.g. CPRE or equivalents)

Description:

Introduction of requirement management-based tool/Software
Introduction & maintenance of requirements database.
Strong team-alignment & communication skills closing loop with all relevant functions & stakeholders: cascading down & maintain customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assign working packages and follow-up on stakeholder deliverables.

Soft skills:

Structured & process-based work approach, goal oriented, analytical mind set

Preferred language skills:

English & German
Chinese would be an added advantage.
