Your key responsibilities are:

Rapidly develop GenAI prototypes to test feasibility and gather user feedback
Project management to create competitor analysis, roadmaps, milestones and KPIs while working closely with product teams to validate prototypes and hand over for commercialization.
Stay up to date with the latest GenAI agent technology and advances

Required skills and experience:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a closely related field.
Experience in prompt engineering of real‑world AI applications with Large Language Models, proven by previous work experience (>2 years) or contributions to open‑source projects.
Proven experience with modern deep‑learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Solid programming skills (Python, etc.), knowledge of version control (Git), familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, CI/CD) and designing system architectures.
Experience with GenAI, such as fine‑tuning LLMs and using libraries such as Transformers, LangFuse and agent frameworks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary work.
