Senior Research Specialist

The Senior Research Specialist will be instrumental in advancing the field of hydrocolloid technology by developing and optimizing solutions for various food and beverage applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute laboratory- and pilot-scale experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of hydrocolloids
• Apply expertise in hydrocolloids to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality
• Contribute to projects focused on non-food applications, leveraging knowledge of hydrocolloids to drive innovation

Requirements:

• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Food Science or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in hydrocolloids, with a proven track record of scientific achievement
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
