Senior Retail Manager

Key responsibilities

• Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, be responsible of retail strategy execution.
• Work with the local distributor and retail partners to design and implement the joint marketing campaigns, carry out effective promotions to increase sell out.
• Develop and monitor activity plans and promotional programs for the client.
• Select, train and manage the team of salespeople under your charge.
• Development of communication strategies that promote the sale of our products.
• Define the roles of the team members under their charge.
• Define the work, governance and reporting models of your team, as well as with the collaborating companies.
• Define promotional campaigns, incentives, visibility building to increase sales.
• Budget planning and management.

Requirements

• Graduated in marketing or business management.
• Proved working experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improving brand market share.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams toward achieving targets.
