About the Role

• The Commercial Director will have full commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
• Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer aligned with broader commercial goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account Executives.
• Owning sales forecast, gross margins trade spends promotional budgets revenue targets per customer etc .
