Senior Revenue Management Analyst

Beyond is looking to add a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to our growing team. Reporting to our Director of Revenue Management, you'll be our go-to expert on our pricing data and reporting for enterprise clients! You will assist our internal analysts with tools and insights based on varieties of datasets, analyze client and market trends, and additional tasks as needed to help our clients optimize their pricing.

Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure client performance and reporting accuracy.
• Answering complex questions that need advanced analytical and SQL abilities.
• Reviewing Beyond’s algorithm performance, coming up with new reports and ideas for improvement as well as making direct actionable algorithm updates based on data-driven insights.
• Defining and establishing key insights in market performance, event tracking, automated notification and other big data based analytics.
• Providing written ad-hoc analyses on booking trends and revenue management best practices to clients.

Qualifications

• Analytical : You have a knack for picking apart trends in large datasets and uncovering meaningful insights others might miss.
• Inquisitive : You love digging into the nuances of pricing complex assets and understanding what drives value.
• A strong communicator : You can turn data into interesting and captivating stories.
• 4+ years of experience in dynamic revenue management or the hospitality industry.
• Advanced SQL experience.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing clear written and verbal presentations of insights and findings.
• Ability to quickly interpret data visualizations and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated self-starter.Ability to share newly learned tools, techniques, and insights with the broader team.
• Python/Jupyter Notebook experience is a plus.
