Senior Revenue Manager (mfd) Berlin Shared Service

JOB SUMMARY

Join an engaged high‑performing international team responsible for driving revenue strategy across five exceptional properties representing three world‑class brands in Germany: The Ritz‑Carlton Berlin, Berlin Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Berlin City Centre, Leipzig Marriott Hotel and Heidelberg Marriott Hotel. As a Senior Revenue Manager you will take ownership of the overall revenue strategy leading complex pricing, forecasting, business evaluation and distribution initiatives to maximize profitability and market share across multiple properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in revenue management and the ability to influence executive decisions.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Analyzing and reporting revenue management data: Identify underlying principles, analyze information, generate accurate reports, observe information sources, submit timely reports, conduct sales strategy analysis, assist with pricing and business evaluation recommendations.
  • Maintains accurate reservation system information: Check distribution channels, analyze period end data, generate updates, assist with account diagnostics, ensure property diagnostic processes, initiate, implement and evaluate revenue tests.
  • Managing and executing revenue management projects: Drive execution of predetermined strategy, demonstrate knowledge of systems, gather information, provide functional expertise, ensure hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies, communicate rate restrictions, manage rooms inventory, coordinate strategies, support selling initiatives, use forecasting systems, provide recommendations, communicate brand initiatives.
  • Building successful relationships: Develop constructive relationships, manage internal key stakeholder relationships, act as liaison between property and regional/corporate support.
  • Additional responsibilities: Inform and update executives, peers, and subordinates in a timely manner; enter transcribe records; attend staff/forecast/long‑range meetings as requested.
