Founding Solana Protocol Engineer

Location: Remote – US, Europe, Latam, Dubai (must have 5 hrs overlap with EST)

Compensation: $150K – $200K

This role offers immense ownership and the chance to serve as the foundational engineer for a new, critical protocol on the Solana network. You will design, implement, and take full ownership of a core asset‑aggregation protocol from scratch. Key Responsibilities

• Take full architectural and implementation ownership of the core yield aggregation protocol on the Solana blockchain.
• Write, audit, test, and deploy highly secure, production‑grade Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).
• Ensure the robustness, security, and efficiency of the core logic for yield aggregation and asset reallocation.
• Work closely with the core team to define technical requirements and rapidly ship high‑quality, production‑ready code from the very beginning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building and shipping production‑grade Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).
• A demonstrable history of successfully designing and deploying complex smart contract architecture to the Solana network.
• Deep, working understanding of smart contract best practices, common vulnerabilities, current industry patterns, and an unwavering passion for building secure, robust infrastructure.
• Relentless commitment to shipping high‑quality, well‑tested code, even under tight timelines.
• Highly capable of solving complex, ambiguous problems with minimal oversight. Must possess a tenacious problem‑solver mindset.
