Senior Sales Engineer DACH (Cybersecurity)

AvetixCyber is working with a rapidly growing innovator in the cybersecurity and automation space, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in Central Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving technical sales success for a dynamic and fast-scaling organisation.

Serve as the technical subject matter expert across the Central European region. Partnering closely with the sales team, you will lead discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and provide trusted technical guidance to enterprise customers evaluating cutting-edge automation solutions. Act as the bridge between customer challenges and innovative technologies - helping organisations streamline and secure their operations at scale.

• Partner with Sales Directors to support customer engagement across Germany and wider Central Europe.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to support continuous innovation.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.

• Proven experience in a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant role within Cybersecurity, Automation.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as security automation, SOAR, SIEM, cloud security, or related domains.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Central Europe.

• Base : EUR 120k - 150k
• OTE : EUR 160k - 200k
