Your Contribution

  • Shape Global Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously evolve global Sales Excellence frameworks covering end‑to‑end sales processes, KPIs, governance models, operating models, and enablement concepts across the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Build and scale Sales Excellence capabilities by developing playbooks, toolkits, enablement formats, and best‑practice exchanges across regions and business units.
  • Innovate and Transform: Lead and contribute to Sales Excellence projects, conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, developing improvement initiatives, and supporting hands‑on implementation.
  • Enable Growth: Introduce cutting-edge tools, data-driven processes, and advanced monitoring systems to optimize pricing performance.
  • Empower Through Knowledge: Foster cross‑business collaboration by establishing and moderating expert communities and structured knowledge‑sharing platforms.

Your Profile

  • Academic Excellence: Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field
  • Proven Expertise: Several years of experience in commercial or sales excellence roles within consultancy or high-tech corporations. 
  • Analytical Strength: You have proven experience in structuring complex problems, driving cross‑functional initiatives, and translating concepts into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
  • Strategic Mindset: Deep knowledge of B2B pricing strategies, including value- and competition-based approaches, and condition design/enforcement.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to thrive in a global matrix organization, influencing stakeholders and driving change across diverse teams.
