Your Future Employer

Our partner is a European B2B SaaS company operating across multiple offices in Europe and serving customers in several countries. The company employs around 100+ people and has built a profitable, well-established product used by senior leadership teams to support high-stakes decision-making processes.

The business is well beyond early product validation, generating €500k+ in ARR in Germany alone , with a mature sales organisation and clear growth ambitions. Germany is a key strategic market, and the company is expanding its local commercial footprint to accelerate new logo acquisition.

Your Role as Senior Sales Executive DACH

You will join the Frankfurt-based DACH sales team as a quota-carrying individual contributor, focused on winning new customers in Germany. The role combines outbound hunting with the development of inbound leads and the re-activation of historic pipeline.

You will:

  • Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Sell into complex, multi-stakeholder organisations involving C-level and board-level decision-makers
  • Manage inbound deal cycles of ~3 months and outbound cycles of 6–9 months
  • Close deals with an average initial contract value of ~€20k ARR, with many ranging between €20–50k and some exceeding €100k
  • Work closely with SDRs on pipeline generation and with CSM/Expansion teams post-signature

Who You Are

Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven success selling to senior stakeholders (C-level or equivalent)
  • Strong hunter profile, comfortable with outbound prospecting alongside inbound leads
  • Experience managing full sales cycles in a structured, metrics-driven environment

Personality / Soft Skills:

  • Structured, organised, and disciplined in pipeline management
  • Confident communicator with credibility at senior decision-making level
  • Performance-oriented, coachable, and open to feedback
  • Team-oriented mindset within a collaborative sales culture

Languages: German: Native or near-native (C2) / English: Very good working proficiency (internal communication and final interview)

Location: Based in Frankfurt, hybrid setup (2–3 days per week in the office)
