Senior Sales Executive - Investment Funds

Your Role

As Head of Fund Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strategic client portfolio, driving growth both locally and internationally. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies, fostering long‑term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to support the firm’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, distributors, and private investors.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution of investment funds and financial solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of commercial strategies, including product launches and market campaigns.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and client needs to anticipate trends and opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, reinforcing its brand and network.

Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in fund sales, distribution, or financial services, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver consistent sales results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages (e.g., German, Dutch, or Nordic languages) are a plus.
• Results‑oriented, strategic thinker, proactive, and highly autonomous.
