Senior Sales Manager – Chery Brand (Germany)

As Chery continues to expand globally, we are now launching and strengthening our presence in the German market. We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and play a key role in building a strong retail network and supporting the growth of the Chery brand in Europe.

Your Role

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales performance of the Chery brand in the German market. You will collaborate closely with dealer partners to achieve sales targets, optimize performance, and ensure a high-quality customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of sales targets aligned with HQ strategy and budget
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealer groups
  • Manage and optimize the customer journey across the dealer network
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide actionable insights
  • Support key account management
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis
  • Support brand activation activities and pop-up events
  • Continuously improve sales systems and processes

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields
  • 8+ years of automotive sales and dealer network experience
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently
