Your mission

In this key role, you will drive further growth in corporate bonds and structured investment products for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. You will acquire new clients, successfully place innovative offerings, and continuously develop relationship management at the highest level. Your focus will be on positioning tailored investment solutions within a network of sophisticated investors, while contributing your capital markets and sales expertise to our strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and advise pre-qualified private clients on Corporate Bonds & investment structures
  • Build and expand an exclusive network of (U)HNWI investors, Family Offices, and key influencers
  • Drive active sales of primary market emissions and strategic volume increase
  • Develop and implement new sales and targeting concepts for sophisticated target groups
  • Conduct market monitoring and trend analysis
  • Perform comprehensive sales reporting and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in capital markets, preferably in Fixed Income / Corporate Bonds / structured products for private clients
  • Deep understanding of capital markets with knowledge of systematic or modern investment concepts
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and negotiation skills at C-level
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Established network in HNWI / UHNWI or Family Office segments
