Senior Sales Manager - Large Deal Solutioning Specialist

Overview

You pave the way for IAV's large, strategic customer projects - through innovative solution concepts, tailor-made offers and excellent coordination across departmental boundaries. With your intuition for customer requirements and your systematic approach, you develop solutions that are technologically convincing and sales-effective. Your contribution strengthens IAV's position in international competition and creates the basis for sustainable growth in our key industries.

Responsibilities

  • You identify and develop targeted business opportunities for large, strategically relevant customer projects to enable sustainable, global and cross-industry growth of IAV in key areas
  • You design tailor-made, innovative proposal solutions for complex customer requirements and thus lay the foundation for successful major projects
  • You manage the cross-divisional collaboration between engineering, key account management and the proposal team in the preparation of proposals including pricing
  • You take responsibility for the quality of proposal documents and price submissions
  • You coordinate strategic sales programs to achieve a sustainable positioning of IAV

Required qualifications

  • Completed studies in business, engineering, natural sciences or a related field
  • Sound experience in international proposal management or sales of large (international) projects
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Very good understanding of sales processes and customer requirements in a B2B environment
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and solution-oriented work
  • Business fluent in English (C1) and German at native speaker level (C2)

  • You have strong moderation and coordination skills
  • You have experience in developing customized solution packages
  • You impress with your systematic approach and high focus on results
  • You enjoy working at the intersection of technology and sales
