Tasks

As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) at ECDB you play a pivotal role in our global growth strategy. You are an experienced and self‑driven sales professional, capable of negotiating autonomously and confidently with directors and VPs, including those from globally operating companies.

  • Work with the Chief Sales Officer to build the new client pipeline.
  • Acquire new clients, focusing on Manufacturing/Retail, Agency/Consultancy, Tech/Software, Payments/Finance, and Logistics/Shipping verticals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients to expand our lines of business.
  • Own and manage your sales strategies and approach.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (Data Team, Product Team, etc.).
  • Consistently go above and beyond to exceed both individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Proven new business sales acumen, ideally in SaaS, subscription‑based models or market research tools.
  • University degree required.
  • Strong energy, proactive mindset, and excellent sales skills – you inspire and motivate others.
  • Competitive, high‑energy attitude with the drive to exceed both personal and team quotas.
  • A positive mindset and a passion for building something meaningful.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
