Senior Sales Representative (f/m/d) eastern NRW

Became a part of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a company dedicated to advancing laboratory science for more than 80 years. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will build and nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the eastern Ruhr area, from Münster to Kassel.

Job Overview

This field-based role is part of the Sales Department. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, driving revenue growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and expanding direct sales profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territories.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute the agreed sales strategy to increase market share within your territory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and maximizing business opportunities—both competitive and retention-based.
  • Maintain and grow existing business through strategic account management and product promotion, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead internal and external meetings, presenting solutions that support both company and customer needs using DBS tools.
  • Present action plans regularly to the management team and identify opportunities to convert competitor accounts.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships across public and private sectors, focusing on key stakeholders including decision‑makers, KOLs, and C‑suite executives to enhance our value proposition.

Essential Qualifications

  • BSc or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline, or substantial experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the diagnostics market in laboratory and hospital settings.
  • Proven experience in direct sales within a comparable field or complex medical environment, with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic account plans in the diagnostics or medical sector.
  • Consistent success in sales and solution selling, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Valid driver’s license and fluency in German and English.

Preferred Additional Experience

  • Tender management, including leading and project‑managing complex tender responses independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong proficiency in business management tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
