We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect (all genders) to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure and performant end-to-end architectures. You will provide technical leadership to teams, define architecture standards and oversee implementation across multiple clouds. Ideally, you have at least 7 years of Salesforce experience (3+ years in an architecture or lead role), fluent German (C1+), and proven lateral leadership experience. Experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing is a plus.

What You Can Expect

You will provide high‑quality, technology‑specific architecture consulting in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing/Engagement, Platform, Data Cloud).
You are responsible for Solution & Enterprise Architecture incl. data, integration, security and identity architecture; from discovery to design to go‑live & operation.
You manage architecture governance: guard rails, standards, design reviews, decision records, naming conventions as well as CI/CD & DevSecOps (e.g. Git/GitHub/Copado).
You design integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events/eventing, middleware such as MuleSoft) as well as data models, performance and scaling concepts.
In agile projects, you moderate architecture & design sessions, support PO/PMO, prioritise non‑functional requirements and ensure ‘quality by design’.
You act as an interface between the customer, other stakeholders and the implementation team and translate business goals into resilient architecture blueprints and epics/stories.
You lead cross‑functional teams (consulting, dev, QA) professionally, coach developers/consultants and accompany code/config reviews.
If required, you will be hands‑on: PoCs/spikes, complex configurations, release/cut‑over planning and technical risk assurance.

What You Bring Along

7+ years of professional experience in the Salesforce environment, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead role.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Multi‑Cloud (at least Sales & Service) as well as integration and data architecture.
Sound knowledge of security & identity (SSO, OAuth, Auth. Flows, Shield/PLS) and limit/performance optimisation.
Confident in Apex, LWC and flows, test strategies (unit/integration), CI/CD and version management.
Very strong requirements & process expertise; excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1+).
Leadership experience in managing and developing teams – with or without disciplinary responsibility.
Must have: At least 4 relevant Salesforce certifications in the areas of Application‑ or Systemarchitect.
Nice to have: ≥4 years of experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing projects (OEM/Importer/Trade), certifications such as System/Application Architect, on the CTA path, as well as MuleSoft/Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/OmniStudio.
