Senior Salesperson

We are supporting a leading international provider of professional AV solutions in the search for a Senior Sales Manager to take full commercial responsibility for the DACH region.

This is a senior role with clear responsibilities, offering both the autonomy to lead the region and the backing of a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for sales and business development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers, integrators and partners
• Drive new business while supporting long-term client partnerships
• Develop and implement sales strategy tailored to the DACH market
• Represent a respected international AV provider with a strong product portfolio

Requirements

• Solid experience in sales of AV, Pro AV or broadcast solutions
• Strong network in the DACH region, ideally with enterprise or integration customers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills
• Independent, structured and commercially minded approach
