Role

My client, a global end customer headquartered in Munich, Germany are looking to hire a (Senior) SAP Basis Admin to be responsible for the global implementation and rollout of S/4 HANA and introducing this system to over 50 different countries within Europe, MENA and LATAM. The role is a hybrid position with around 3 days working remote and 2 days working in the office.

This role will also allow you to be trained (if needed) to become Stream Lead/Project Lead for the subsequent future rollouts of S/4 HANA

Some of the main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Work closely with the Programme Management Team, PMO, Functional and Cross-Functional teams and implementation partners both national and international
• Establish and define the S/4HANA technical team's appropriate processes, procedures, and project standards
• Identify technological and SAP BASIS-related issues and hazards, and work with your implementation partner to resolve and mitigate them
• Design and own the S/4HANA environment landscape, manage the infrastructure partner's contribution, and drive the requirements in that direction
• Manage relationships with internal system owners of any linked applications and the middleware platform in order to plan and manage any necessary actions and contributions from the middleware or connected application portfolio side
• Assist the programme management team with any technological and SAP BASIS escalations
• Coordinate projects, both national and international and be the contact person for our application management
• Liaise within a multi-cultural, multi-international team across different regions (Incl. Europe, MENA, LATAM etc)
