Senior SAP BPO (FICO & Treasury)

We are seeking a senior SAP BPO (FICO) professional to lead the global Treasury and Revenue Accounting process landscape within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role oversees the design, harmonization, and advancement of end-to-end processes, ensuring consistency across regions while meeting regulatory and business expectations. You will act as a key advisor to finance leadership, IT, and local teams, driving digitalization, operational quality, and continuous improvement. Duration: 8 months + extension (LONG TERM VISIBILITY)Office: REMOTE + every second week on-site in BarcelonaLanguage: ENGLISHUtilization: Full timeContract type: B2B - Freelance Main Responsibilities:1) Shape and maintain the global process blueprint for Treasury and Revenue Accounting in S/4HANA, defining both functional and technical requirements.2) Guide Fit-to-Standard discussions, steer global design decisions, and ensure governance and compliance alignment.3) Roll out the global template across markets, coordinate localization needs, and support testing, cut-over, and go-live.4) Lead ongoing optimization efforts, resolve post-deployment issues, and develop the long-term improvement roadmap. Key Expertise:1) Strong background in Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Accounting.2) Proven experience managing liquidity, credit control, and regulatory reporting.3) Advanced SAP FI/CO/FSCM knowledge with hands-on implementation experience. Profile Requirements:Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional certification is an advantage.10+ years relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities in global finance.Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work across cultures.
