Role Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join a high-performing team. You will play a central role in the design, configuration and delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions as part of major S/4HANA transformation programmes.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring a balance of technical configuration expertise, process knowledge, and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CCA, PCA, COPA).
Support S/4HANA migration and transformation programmes, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SD, MM and other SAP modules.
Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define best practices.
Provide guidance on system architecture, controls and reporting structures.
Deliver technical specifications, testing support and end-user training.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements

7+ years of SAP FICO experience (including configuration, support, and implementation).
Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA projects (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid migrations).
Strong knowledge of integration between FICO and other SAP modules.
Hands-on experience with data migration, reporting and financial closing processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
